This company installed a Carrier Heat Pump less than 5 years ago. To start with their installation was faulty when the pump kept cutting off and they had to return to fix it. Secondly, while getting a check up from another reputable company recently, it was found that the water pan was installed backwards resulting in a backup of water which led to a motor failure and had to be replaced. In addition, the capacitor had to be replaced. A costly expense due to their faulty installation once again. I would not recommend this company for any service.

Got an immediate response to our problem. Tech was knowledgeable and actually pointed out some issues that needed correction. Final cost was within the estimate range. We will be a repeat customer if the need arises.

Called to request an estimate and was told I would receive a call back the next day. After a few days of no followup, I called again. This time, was told someone would come by the following afternoon or next morning. Nobody came. I called again, no response.
