Excellent and prompt service. Joe came and trouble shot our existing system. Provided several options and had us back in heat over what was the coldest week this year in less than two days.

Joe came out to our house on a Saturday during on of the hottest week so far this year. He identified the problem whit out A/C units about 10 minutes corrected the problem in a total of 30 minutes. Extremely prepositional and explained what was going on..

Joe installed a new water heater one day after we notified him that our old one was leaking. He answered our call for help promptly, came to assess our needs within a few hours, ordered the necessary parts, and was here on time the next morning, as promised, to do the work. He took care not to bump our new storm and entry doors and freshly painted walls on his way into and out of the basement, all while lifting a large bulky load down narrow steps and through a tight doorway. The same caution was taken when the old water heater was removed. He took time when the job was complete to explain all of his work to ensure my satisfaction. He left the basement cleaner than he found it. His estimate was accurate and there were no additional charges or fees. He gave me the information from the new product that I would need and encouraged me to complete the online registration form that activates the lifetime warranty. He is very professional, trustworthy, and kind. We plan to call Comfort Climate for all of our future needs.
